      Monitor wait room. Would be great if older kids weren't allowed in the newborn waiting area.

      Always excellent, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and caring service we receive from all the doctors, nurses, and office staff. My only complaint is that my daughter had to wait a day to be seen when she had the flu because all appointments were booked. This has happened to us the last couple of times we've tried to make an appointment.

      The waiting areas are always really gross when we visit. Otherwise 10/10 experience! Y'all truly have the best staff. I know cleaning staff might be hard to come by as everyone is short staffed these days.

      In fact when I have the opportunity I give the best references to Dr. Neal and the Medical Office. I really like the respect, the cordiality, the attention paid to each situation that brings me to the consultation. I wish my GP was like this!!
