All nurses, registration staff and Dr. O'Kelly were kind, friendly, and caring. Our whole family is weak cared for by Heritage Peds and Internal Med.

The receptionist who checked us in was especially nice and courteous, and always been very friendly every time we've come to this office for 4 years, so I really appreciate the receptionist's help and courteous response.

I really like the fact that, there was a follow-up phone call, the day after my appointment, just to check and see how my son was doing. I really appreciated that and it also, help to remind me that there was something that I needed to ask, so I thought that was a nice touch. That's all. Thank you.
