Dr. Metcalf is a personal, very caring women's advocate regarding health issues. She takes the time to explain any question in lay man terms.

It took quite an effort to get appointments made in a timely fashion.

This is not "an experience" - this is an ongoing procedure. We have settled into a very workable and comfortable routine and I couldn't be happier.

The exam room floor had not been swept recently. There was debris and dust on the floor. I was one of if not the first patent of the day.

The care I receive from Doctor Metcalf is exceptional. She listens attentively to my concerns and provides personalized treatment with positive results. The entire team at the office display a high level of professionalism and I have always felt comfortable throughout my visits.

Excellent care from the nurse, lab staff and reception team. Dr. Metcalf is a phenomenal doctor who knows exactly how to treat my health needs with results beyond my expectations! I trust her wholeheartedly!

Everyone I encountered was very kind and supportive and friendly. This was at the end of the day I might mention. At the end of the day are energy levels drop but I didn't observe this.

Everyone I dealt with was great (which says alot considering it was the first day back after a long weekend). This doctor's appointment is always great. I feel listened to and that they all take care of me. They are all fabulous!!!

The nurse was fun and charming besides making me feel very comfortable. I'm sorry I don't remember her name.

Dr.Metcalf is a phenomenal doctor. She spends time addressing my concerns and questions. She and her staff are exceptionally prompt in taking care of prescriptions, prior authorizations with insurance and follow up appointments.

Always a good experience

Love Dr Metcalf! She always takes her time with me, talks to me like a person, not just a patient, takes time to explain treatment options and reasons behind them, and just connects with me on a human level. I trust her because it's clear she has my best interests in mind.

One issue was I did my blood work in advance and Prisma (as I do every year so annual physical with Dr is productive). Prisma outsourced blood draw it to Labcorp who was not friendly acted like they didn't care and would not let me do a urine test as I had done for previous 5+ years. Please bring back Prisma team to manage blood draws, it's where care and professionalism is needed

Doctor always takes time with me

Dr Metcalf discussed with me all of my concerns. We both were involved in the decision making process. Then she summarized everything at the end. I'm switching to her for all my medical need's especially since I also needed an Internist.

Dr. Metcalf sets the bar pretty high for physicians. She takes the time to listen to all concerns and helps resolve them.

Very confident I am receiving excellent care.

Dr. Metcalf was very thorough, and answered my questions carefully, making sure that my child and I both understood the problem and the treatment necessary. We always feel like she truly cares and takes the time to understand what's really going on and discuss things without rushing.

Dr. Metcalf is the best d doctor I've ever had in my life. She is a careful listener, problem solver, and motivator. She asked her time with her patients and makes sure she is thorough going over medicines and such. I love her!

Doctor was great. The wait time was not great. A fifteen to twenty minute appt. Lasted 1hour and 45 minutes.

I appreciate and respect Dr. Metcalf very much. She takes time to listen to me and provide me with answers.

Dr. Metcalf is caring and listens with concern. She explains everything and shows you where you tests improve and she knew my history even though I only see her yearly, she was well informed and prepared for me.
