Dr. Scott is the best he has always taken exceptional care of me.

There was a mix up about my appointment. (The nurse who communicated with me about it through MyChart did not ensure it was put on the doctor's schedule, so when I arrived the reception desk told me I didn't have an appointment.) I was VERY impressed with how they rallied and located the doctor so I could be seen instead of having to come back at another time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Scott at Weight Management Institute. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly receptionist who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Weight Management Institute went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. The receptionist was not only friendly but also efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The attention to detail in handling administrative tasks added to the overall positive experience. I really think a lot of Dr. Scott, I think he's a very good doctor, been going to him for years, but with my health care not working with Prisma after United Health not working with your hospital, and your Prisma, you're not working together, I won't be able to use any of your doctors, after the first of the year. So I'm very sorry about that because I like Dr. Scott. Thanks.
