The wait time before I saw Dr. Pinckney was very reasonable. The technicians were warm and personable, as Dr. Pinckney herself always is.

This was my first exam in years so I was a little nervous, but Dr. Pinckney is just so inviting and welcoming as long with her nurses and staff she let me know exactly what she would be doing next and what to expect so I was very comfortable throughout the whole exam so thankful for her and her team. Highly recommend.

I waited 35 minutes on the examination table in the exam room. If staff are aware the Dr. is behind schedule, I'd rather wait in the waiting room before being brought back and getting undressed.

The provider was personable and efficient. She answered all questions related to her specialty and made a referral for another health issue.

I could tell that the office was bustling and the nurses and docs were very busy, moving from room to room, but when in the room with me they were present. They clearly make it a priority to be fully focused on their clients during their appointments.

So very comfortable and felt important!!! Excellent experience

Wait took longer than the procedure which is a little frustrating.

I was very impressed with the compassion and kindness shown by all professionals at this office. I felt like I was heard, and my doctor took time to listen and to advise. It was the best doc appt I've had in many years.

I absolutely loved DR. Pinckney. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything in away I understood and she made sure I understood everything about my health. She included me into my health plan. She gave me options and made sure I was okay with everything that was planned. Definitely will be recommending her to other women's! Thank you DR Pinckney for being an amazing Dr that women need!!

Everything was fine

Dr. Pinckney is great. I enjoyed having her as my physician. The staff in the office have been very helpful. There have been a few communication hiccups. However, they handle them pretty quickly.
