I arrived at the appointment with a lack of trust and left with a sense of well being. Dr Nassif took time responding to my questions.

I had to wait a long time in the examination room for the doctor. The good thing was a nurse came in during that time to explain and see if I was okay or needed anything. I thought that was nice.

It took almost a year for me to get an appointment. I'm not sure what the hood up was. After I finally got a call from a referral, the appointment was timely. The staff is extremely courteous and the doctor was knowledgeable, able to explain issues in a relatable, easy to understand language.
