I came to renew a subscription I had been taking for years. I said I wanted to stop taking it and asked how to go about doing that. She told me to take half for 4 days and then stop. Ok. Message received and understood. I didn't say I was ready to do that yet. We didn't talk about alternate methods of managing pain. I have heard about electronic implant similar to pacemaker. Didn't get to ask about it. She asked me how many pills I had. I told her. She said I had too many and refused to renew the prescription. I explained I had inventory for use when travelling in motorhome. Accumulated over time from not taking as much. Have been on 2 per day script for long time now. Used to be on 2.5 per day and 3 per day before that but using only 2 per day while trying to reduce use. And before that 4 per day of 10/325 vs 5/325 now. I am very irritated about the refusal to renew. Renewing was my main reason for visiting. I'm not positive I'll be about to manage pain without it. I don't know if I'll be able to travel without it. My inventory allows me to travel and not worry about filling a script elsewhere. Not a happy camper here. And if I can't manage without the pills I will be seeing a different doctor. Bye.

Yes, Dr. Math is very thorough. She clearly knows her job and her profession. I've been in the Army 25 years, I had a lot of doctors and she is the most efficient one of all. Thank you for your help Dr. Math.

The staff and doctors really listen to me and the doctor did a wonderful job explaining what treatment she wanted to try. I had a really great experience Dr.Math is a great doctor I would recommend her to family and friends.

I wish that a was able, when calling, to speak directly with staff and NOT be directed to voicemail, hoping my message was listened too and addressed. When leaving a message on the message board, it would be great fully appreciated if when read, staff would respond.

I had to take a half a day off from my work and drive forty five minutes for my appointment. I received about ten emails and texts about showing up thirty minutes before my appointment to fill out papers for a new patient. When I arrived for my appointment the doctor had cancelled all of her appointments for that day and no one took the time to call, email, or texted me that my appointment was cancelled. I was lucky enough that there was an opening the next day for another appointment, which meant taking another half of day off and driving another forty five minutes. The front lobby was dirty and crowded with people. One good thing is that I did not have to wait long on the second day to see the doctor. I was not impressed with my visits.

Dr Math was very informative.

I explained that I have been living with pain and even loss of income due to inability to work because of pain but left the doctors office with no remedy.

I will highly recommend this office to anyone who needs help with their pain control. The people here treat you with great respect and all are very professional.

Professional staff

It took a rather long time to finally get a call to schedule my initial consultation but once I was called I got an appointment right away. Every body I interacted with was very nice. Dr Math was very nice and easy to talk to, I am glad I finally got to meet her.

Yes I really like my doctor very much. She is, for me, is like a person like a friend and she listened to me and she take care of me to send me to get something straight.
