They were very friendly and had good care and cleanliness in the office.

Everything was wonderful. The doctor's great. The nurses are great. But the checkout lady was rude. Don't know her name, but when we checked out, she was just rude and not very helpful.

The office is never very welcoming or friendly at front desk. Nurses are nice. Doctor was knowledgeable but not overly friendly and seemed tired or unhappy to be at work. Felt like the eagerness I have to figure out what is going on with my son is not shared by the staff. Doctor seems too non chalant about issues we're looking into so I feel nervous about future care.

Very slow communication with office and waiting to get an appointment. I appreciated the time the doctor spent with us when we got there. He also explained everything very thoughtfully, but I don't like the atmosphere of office and don't feel like the communication is reliable or thorough.
