Friendly, nice nurse and check in person. I was not happy with the provider and will try to switch to someone else in the clinic. I just retired as a NP from MUSC in Charleston and never encountered an uncaring provider while there.

The provider is biased on all treatment options. One option was pain medication and the provider was NOT going to go that path. All the provider wants to do is stick me with needles, probes. Surgery I do not want. One micron mishap and I could be paralyzed

The nurse was awesome loved her she made me comfortable and felt comfortable the doctor was a great doctor loved her they both was so professional with me made me feel very comfortable love the office but did not like the reception of what she said to me I only have 10 minutes like I'm in class

I got a call to see if I could come in earlier, but I couldn't. When I got there 30 minutes prior to my appt as instructed, I felt rushed. I had to fill out pages of paperwork that should've been mailed. The nurse didn't allow me to finish it. Then after I saw the Dr, the nurse didn't know I was to have an X-ray. I had to tell her. I think they had an off day.

Dr. Lee Mullinax is a great physician who listens and cares about how i feel and what i have to say. She understands me as a person and that helps with my trust in her treating me, my pain management, as well as my progress going forward in my day to day life and activities.

I wish I could go to someone in Greer because that is a long way over there and the traffic is awful .

The waiting room is beautiful everything is so nice . I'm not sure of the woman's name that took me back to the room . But I have to say she is the sweetest and kindest nurse? I've had her a few times , she's always very nice and she was so helpful to me . I can't walk good now and she took her time and helped me get up and made sure I could stand before she left me . All doctors offices needs people like her . I will make a point to get her name if she gets me next time . Doctor Mullinax is one very awesome doctor. I can't say enough nice about her , she has helped me , she listens to me and she always makes time for me . She always tries to make my life better . I put 100% trust in her care for me . Yes very much so would want my family and friends to be treated by her , I feel she would give her best care to them . I hope that I can be in her care till my days are done . I have nothing but good things to say about this office . People are not well when visiting this office , having a doctor that's understanding and treats you with kindness a compassion that's a big plus . y'all are very appreciated for the hard work .

I was in a car wreck and I had the exact same symptoms from before where I got two epidural injections in my neck that worked like a miracle. This doctor said there was too high a risk for me to get one of these because I'm on blood thinners, even though my hematologist says it's fine for me to come off my blood thinners, and it's not an issue, which I did twice in the past before when I got the injections in my neck. And this provider seemed to have some kind of bias against me.

You could most improve by getting rid of Dr. Mullinax. She was rude and completely treated us like we were drug addicts. We greatly appreciated if she would be removed from practice. Thank you.

It's about time that PRISMA cleaned up the rat hole waiting area and examination rooms.

The visit was she walked in, said a couple of sentences and left without being able to ask any questions. Left the room without saying bye or I'm done or said anything that the visit was over, I left the room and asked the nurse if the visit was done. She said need to get a urine test. Completed the urine test. Appointment was then over. Have not been contacted by anyone after the visit. Poor follow up for someone that is in pain all the time. They would only schedule me my next appointment four weeks later . I need an appointment sooner but the receptionist said the doctor said to schedule four weeks out. Still in a lot of pain 24 hours a day.

Dr. Mullinax is a great doctor that listen to my issues and treats them accordingly. If one thing doesn't work, she does her best to try something else. She is the only one that has found a treatment to give me some pain relief for my back. I have been dealing with it for many years, seeing several doctors and physical therapist, and have done several things to get some relief beyond prescription drugs, and she has been the only one to give me some relief from most of my back pain.

I'm very glad I learned about Dr. Mullinax. She's very good at what she does; she listens, she gives you options, and all those times that I have needed procedures, it's been pretty much painless

The actual facility could use an update. The bathrooms are not very good and the rooms are small. The care is good but the building is old and dated.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/5/2023
Glad improvements are being made to the facility. Office and treatment rooms were old and depressing!

It makes a patient when a doctor assumes something without knowing for sure feel hopeless and helpless where do you go from there what do you do next? It leaves a patient hopeless and helpless

I always have good experience. When I go to this ,that office, everybody's kind ,and courteous ,sometime the people in the front desk might be a little short... patient with you, but I guess it be so busy, but I always have a good experience. I love my doctor. Dr. Mullinax, and the nurse ,everybody in there is nice, they call me ,remind me about appointments, and everything. So I don't have no problems with them at all ,and I have recommended people to them .That's all.

Just had a terrible experience, went a little over 2 years, trying everything they offered but to no avail... Just nothing seemed to work for me.... Should have determined that in less than 2 years....

The women in the front seat can be more respectful and not being loud giving out personal information

Checking in was frustrating, not because the instructions were unclear; we were early and waited to be called, but the desk attendant was still rude and provided no valuable information. In room wait time is long, I'd rather be in the main waiting room. Dr. Mullinax was helpful; she answered the questions I had and listened to my concerns, along with my husband's concerns. Checking out was fine; the desk attendant, was much more helpful and better at communicating than our first encounter.

I have seen many Providers over my life, Dr. Mullinax was rude, cold and I would not want her to have any part in my future care. I asked her to show me where on my body the problem discs were located, her response was " I can't touch you to show you". She also said "I don't subscribe opioids" multiple times like a robot; I would never take that kind of medication and do not take anything other than Tylenol. She was not interested in my questions and seemed very put-off to answer them, one time, I had to say to her "that is not what I asked you" because her reply was so rude and ridiculous. She barely made eye contact and was more interested in entering things on the computer. I read similar reviews on line and considered canceling my appointment, instead I gave her the benefit of the doubt, now I wish I didn't. Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor of Medicine.

Once I got the appointment, everything went fine, the doctor is fine, the nurses is fine. But, is very was very, very difficult to get the appointment. It took me two weeks to get a hold of somebody on the phone, I left messages and they said they were applying 24 hour and they never did. So, there is some administration issues that need to be fixed. Thank you.
