I loved how personable Dr. O'Connell was to me! He also has a very warm smile.

The staff was helpful and the doctor explained everything I needed to know about the radiation process. The doctor was professional and personable.

Dr O'Connell was terrific he explained everything in detail including options and advantages and disadvantages showed us images of MRI and CAT scans and explained in level of detail that was easy to understand. I would say he is the best Doctor I have worked with. He even convinced us to go with Surgery vs Radiation treatment I was hoping to use.

You have GOT to fix the EPIC issues. I did on line check in and completed all my questionnaires, but my medications and especially the comments I made about the medications needing to be updated, did NOT cross over! And once again, the staff member said "we just had an update and nothing's working right." I'm so tired of hearing this, and I'm sure your staff is tired of the problems they have to deal with each time EPIC does an "upgrade." I will never again do an online check in for any appointment as it doesn't make it any easier or faster; the same information has to be reviewed/corrected when I'm there. What will it take for you to see that EPIC is not working for you or your patients? I have NO CONFIDENCE AT ALL IN EPIC, and will NEVER make an online payment through EPIC/MyChart because of this lack of confidence. Do better. You simply must.do.better.

Dr. John O'Connell was one of the best doctors I've met regarding my cancer treatment. And he really had the knowledge and I felt so secure with my results and with his advice. And I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends who ever needs this service. And this is a great experience. Thank you so much.

Everone that works in the cancer part of the hospital are great people can't speck more highly of them.

Cancer is scary. Dr. O'Connell, his staff and the radiation technicians were always friendly, outgoing and seemed confident in a positive outcome for my treatment.
