Dr. Hamilton listened carefully, conducted appropriate tests, and very quickly got me an appointment with my cardiologist to address an urgent need. So I was very happy with the efficiency of her response, and I was able to get an appointment. I talked to the nurse in the morning when I realized I was having some heart issues, and she got me in to see Dr. Hamilton within a couple of hours. So I was very impressed with the speed and the efficiency and professionalism of that group, as I always am. Thank you.

My experience was great. Dr. Laura Hamilton is always very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. I want to and hope I can continue my treatment and care at Prisma. I have Surest, a United Healthcare Insurance policy through my employer. So unfortunately for me that Prisma and U.H.C. are not playing together this year, 2024.

I wish the exam rooms were a bit warmer or a cover were supplied after disrobing. Paper is not warm in a cool room.

Timely and professional service

I had to wait in the exam room over 30 minutes before seeing the doctor.

I'm grateful to be seen via telehealth. But I was twice delayed after waiting for 20 to 30 minutes each time for the doctor to see me online. There should be a system so that I'm not staring waiting. I was sick and falling asleep waiting for the doctor to come online.

Well, I've enjoyed going there for many, many years and she's very polite and nice to me and I do feel comfortable talking to her, to the doctor. And well, I don't know that she could improve much. Maybe I could improve more if I would go more often. Sometimes I put it off because I think, oh, well, I'm going to be better anyway. But anyway, age is catching up with me and she can't control that. But anyway, I've enjoyed the time that I've been there. If you can go into the doctor, enjoy it. Well, sometimes it is. Thank you.

I really appreciate my doctor and the entire staff

I think that the lab personnel are nice and professional. But they do tend to consistently take their time to come into the lab to draw blood. I'm sure sometimes they could be doing something else. However I have routinely heard them having lengthy personal conversations with other staff before coming in the lab. I wouldn't say anything if if rarely happened, but it happens more often than not. Appointments are usually rather lengthy because the doctor spends a significant amount of time with you. I would just like to see the labs taken in a more timely manner.

Dr. Hamilton is always patient and attentive to my concerns. I feel comfortable following her advice and always benefit from it.

I tried to call back to respond to a voicemail about my appointment on two separate occasions. I spent six phone calls trying to reach someone. I was stuck in the menu loop. I needed help, and I couldn't get it. It was related first to setting up an appointment and secondly to follow up about a Covid test or exposure. I just came in on the second time. Though I like my doctor, I'm considering leaving the practice because I can't get help when I need it. Strictly from the phone system

My appt was for 10:20, but text said I should arrive by 10:05. However, I had to wait until 11:00 before I was called to the back. I didn't leave until 12:00. I should not have had to be there for 2 hours! Also, both the waiting room and the exam room were uncomfortably cold. I wore a sweatshirt the entire time and could not get comfortable for the rest of the day.
