This is the paternal grandmother and the mother is hard of hearing in one ear and has the same mental disorder as son so this makes it difficult. She will not acknowledge not understanding, sometimes does not recall or know the instructions after the visit. Maybe written notes on visit would help with her?

Dr Ma was so helpful, and listened to our concerns as parents.

Dr. Ma handled what could be a very challenging and emotional situation with compassion and education that we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better professional to work with us and support us through a neurodivergent diagnosis.

This office is wonderful. Dr Ma is the best Doctor, he listens and comments on every single thing we discuss. So thankful we have him.
