This was only my 2nd visit to the cardiologist but this time I saw a doctor who took time to listen to me and explain things and offer suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I feel like I'm in good hands with him!

Everything was fantastic except for the nurse who worked me up. She was very short with me and somewhat gruff. I'm not sure if it was a bad day or what, but I didn't care for the attitude that she had when I was around.

Dr. Chandler is probably the best doctor I have to deal with in the medical system. He listens, he understands, he gives me options and tells me what's good, what's bad. He's my kind of doctor and I'll always go to him when he's available.

Yes, I thought everyone was very courteous, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and was trying to make sure that I knew, understood everything they told me. And I was just very pleased. The appointment was on time. Everybody was very nice. And Dr. Chandler, he was very friendly, made you feel comfortable, and he explained things to me that I could understand. I have to say he's a true gentleman and a good doctor. I was very impressed and I definitely would recommend him to any of my family or friends. And I think Prisma is doing a real good job right now with the way they've turned things around. Was disappointed that we had not been informed by any type of communication that we could find that the office had been relocated which made us late for the appointment. The receptionist was kind enough to check and see that we did not have to reschedule and was seen while there. We realize that you are short of help and cannot always hire staff where needed and we know it is hard on the staff that is trying to cover the patients needs.....
