The PA for Dr Millon was nice, thorough, and very helpful!

Because of Dr Millon's questions durning my examination, I found out I I have an underlying health condition that needed attention .

I would reconsider them to anyone suffering from any hand problems.

I appreciate the information about my options for pain relief and potential surgery that was offered to me. I felt very comfortable with the knowledge and experience of both the nurse and the doctor that I spoke with, and was very pleased with the last steroid injection I received that was nearly pain-free.

Dr.Millon and his staff are great and knowledgeable. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Millon and the hand center.

Dr Millon and staff are great. The entire facility staff are very respectful and friendly.

All the staff was amazing. The doctor was very knowledgeable. Everyone was knowledgeable and they move quickly and do everything perfectly. So I was really happy with it.

Dr. Millon and his assistant were very helpful and explained the parts of my hand and wrist carefully. My wrist was no longer hurting by the time I got my appointment but they still took the matter seriously.

Very efficient, no big wait. Everything explained thoroughly, all my questions answered completely in plain English. Exceeded my expectations.

Dr Millon has exceptional "bed side manor". He made me feel comfortable during my visits and my procedure. His staff are all just as amazing!

The staff was friendly and efficient. They appeared to have the knowledge required.

I had a 10:30 appointment and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early. I did as I was asked to do and I arrived at 10:15. I was not taken to the treatment room until 11:30. I waited another 10 minutes before the doctor came into the room. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me. His assistant was not able to answer a simple question on the release and consent form. It was like she had never read the form. Based on my experience I will not return to this office.

Upon arrival, the films had not been received, which had not been communicated to me. And driving right past the place where the films were, it would have been a whole lot easier and more convenient for me to have known they were having issues ahead of time and I could have picked the films up and took them to the office. But instead, the recommendation was for us to repeat films just so that they could have them on hand, which exposes my child to unneeded and unnecessary radiation, incurs costs to me which I'm not even sure insurance would pay for to repeat films just because the system was not working. When I asked them to try again, the physician comes in and kind of smart aleckly said, I don't have x-ray vision, I can't see what's going on. In which I left, had to take additional time away from work.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness by the staff, nurses, and Dr. Millon. It took almost a year for me to decide on which doctor would treat my condition, I felt like I made an excellent choice when I walked out of the office. Thanks to Dr. Millon and staffs care, compassion, and kindness.

Amazing experience once I had an appointment scheduled, but I had a lot of trouble with getting ahold of the specific person that was needed to schedule my visit. The first person I spoke to was extremely rude as well and refused to escalate my concern about appointment timing to any other staff members. I almost found another clinic to go to because of this experience, but once I arrived that day, my time was only positive.

I would like to hear from the doctor about the ultrasound that was done. He did not mention that or the result of the ultrasound. And I would like to know that.

Dr. Millon is a true professional and a fabulous surgeon. I will never see anyone else should I need hand surgery at some point in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs hand surgery. He is the best.

There was a long delay once I was in the exam room. It would have been nice if someone would have checked in on me. I sat in the room for about an hour.

The staff was a friendly and helpful. Dr. Millon really tried to distract me with humor, although it didn't work :)

My experiences have always been positive and have been satisfied with all aspects of care.

Every single staff member that I encountered in this office was extremely nice. It is so refreshing to be treated like a human being instead of cattle. It actually made going to the doctor a pleasant experience. Dr. Millon and his staff were all wonderful.
