The only thing I would change would be the parking situation. When I arrived, I had a lot of trouble finding a parking place, even a far away one. Do the employees part out front and take up those spots, or is there somewhere in the back where they can park?

The medical assistant I saw first was very outgoing and friendly, and put me at ease. The doctor himself was more just down to business, but seemed to know what he was doing. However he was not particularly gentle when he put a shot in my finger!

I'm not sure if I would agree with the Dr. on treatment but I'll see if taking more potassium will help. Hand cramps sometimes are miserable!

The Dr was very respectful, helpful and efficient. He understood my problem. He was very insightful and experienced with my disease. The wait was short and staff very friendly.

I think your providers should be aware of your fees. As a self pay patient it's important for me to know my financial obligation.

Everyone there from the office, the receptionist to the doctor, they were all so pleasant, very personable. And I was highly impressed with the doctor himself. I felt is if he were listening to me as if he saw me is a real person and that he would...really be on my team and be helpful and do everything he could to solve the problem. And I really, really appreciated that. So many times in today's world, the patients are looked at it as if they're...just a number or something other than a real human being. So I was highly impressed. It..I felt like he saw me as a person with a problem that he would do everything to solve.

It was a good experience, I received what I was hoping for.

Always get an answer or solution to my problem.
