Great, everything done in a timely manner.

I am so Pleased and thankful to Dr. Pollack and his staff. He found out I had a double fractured ankle after I went to 3 doctors and no one else saw it even after taking x-rays. He showed concern and took care of me immediately. I have even recommended people to him. He's the Best and I trust him with my healing procrss.

Excellent care, nice facility. Well worth the drive - we live 30 minutes away.

Everyone was extremely nice, caring and made you feel like they knew you. On a first visit I think that is as important as the care provided. I really liked visiting this practice.

My only bad experience was severe pain from cortizone shot when I got home...very, very painful..is that normal?

Dr Pollack is a really great gentleman & cares abt me as a person & patient & takes his time to explain whts going on with my medical situation & what can be done and how often. And he points things out that could be causing my problems.

Always a pleasant experience. Dr Pollack is always attentive and willing to listen if I have questions or concerns And all the staff I have encountered since coming to the facility has been very friendly and willing to help if I need anything. Thanks to all . :-)

They make me feel real relaxed while I'm there and they answer my questions, which I appreciate. And the staff is always kind and caring.

Interested in my Situation . Dr. Has a plan - I like that he has a plan .

This is the first time a doctor that's very thorough and the people in the office is very courteous and I enjoy this doctor very much because he explains to me in every detail of about my shoulders and elbow. So he is very knowledgeable about his job and he's a wonderful person.

I would like to thank Dr. Pollack and his staff for helping me with my injury so promptly. I've been on a fractured ankle for over two months and went to 3 different doctors and facilities. He was the only one who saw my injury was more than a sprained ankle after numerous attempts to get help and a previous X-ray taken.

Very pleasant. Was glad to get a same day spot for the MRI so the problem could be quickly diagnosed and a treatment proposed

Felt listened to. Dr. Provided good explanations ( I could see site of concern on ultrasound window) and he was caring and provided instructions and a card to call if I needed further help.

Dr. Pollack was fabulous. He was very informed, he was very friendly but professional. He knew exactly where to put my cortisone shots and showed me on X-Rays. He offered follow up. My shoulders couldn't feel any better. I would highly recommend him to Senior Citizens like me.

Dr Pollack and his team listened to my concerns, and needs answered all my questioned it absolutely helped reduce my fears. I was so relieved. Having knee issues is not at all what you want in life especially if you have always been active individual Dr Pollack took the time to explained in depth what his team can offer as an alternative to surgery . My experience yesterday really restored my abilities to have hope for my Healthcare in the near ?? future with this office.

Hands down the best doctor and nurse I've ever had. Dr. Pollack took the time to listen to me and what I've had going on with my shoulder for several years and assured me we were going to get this resolved. I didn't feel rushed by any means like I have with doctors in the past.
